Purple Stamp Studs by Clare Hillerby

Two original old purple stamps have been selected and folded into quarters. They are then sandwiched between an oxidised hammered edged back and a piece of matt brushed perspex on top to help to protect the paper. The layers have been secured together using gold tube rivets.

Cleaning Instructions

Oxidised silver is silver that has been intentionally tarnished to the maximum silver can go so there is little cleaning needed. A clean, damp cloth can be used if neccesary. The papers are covered in perspex to help to protect them though they are not water tight so should any water get inside please remove and allow to dry naturally.
