Clean silver links gently with a soft old tooth brush and soapy water. This part of the piece may be dipped in 'silver dip' to remove tarnish but should be washed thoroughly in clean water immediately afterwards. Avoid contact with black parts. These should be cleaned with a soft damp cloth. Avoid rubbing and as this may remove the oxide layer.
