Description

This chunky, weighty contemporary silver ring is made of two rings, one encasing the other. The outer ring is sterling silver with a hammered texture. The inner ring is fine (or pure) silver, and has a smooth, comfortable feel.

Both have a layer of 23.5ct gold fused on, using a korean fusing technique of Keum Boo.

This design is narrower between the fingers than the standard version (thickness between fingers: 2mm). It has proved particularly popular with ladies, although it is of course suitable for men and women. Its design has beautiful symbolic connotations for the union of two people. This ring would make a perfect wedding ring.

Designed and handmade by London based French jewellery designer Clara Breen.
