Traces slice brooch. Enamel on steel with hand drawn marks. After firing marks are gently abraded to create a matt surface and delicate tonal details. The two layers are riveted together with a silver rivet. The brooch is coated with a preservative wax and backed with linen.
Strong Bar magnets are placed under clothes to fix brooch in place. Brooches can be worn on fabrics ranging from silk to leather, with no pin hole damage to clothes.
