Over the last few months, I have been working on a series of comforter brooches, in reaction to the isolation that many of us experienced during this last year, and inspired by the phase, 'if you touch something good, you feel good'. The small sculptural forms exploit the tactility of felt; when worn the brooch can be touched to soothe and comfort. It has a removable pin, so it can also become a small sculpture.
