I was inspired to make this cuff by looking at animations films like those by studio ghibli. I wanted to capture the halcyon summer days that are often shown. This cuff is made using hydrangea flowers geranium, box hedge leaves and fern leaves which I found in Victoria Park near my house.. It is made using my own method of dying and embossing plastic which I call fossilized plastic due to the fine detail which it is possible to capture on the embossed surface, similar to fossils.
NB This cuff takes longer to make than other cuffs due to the number of colours used.
