Navy Vetch Double-sided Chain by Sue Gregor

Necklaces / Pendants
by Sue Gregor

This chain necklace was made by hand using real vetch leaves to create the surface pattern with Sue Gregor’s own process of embossing and dying recycled Perspex. There is a delicate pattern which captures the vigour of the plant leaves. On the reverse side is a design created by string, which created organic wavy lines. The shape of the links was inspired by 1930’s belt buckles. The combination of the geometric design creates a marriage of the organic and the natural.

Sue Gregor is showing an exclusive range of jewellery as part of the second edition of our virtual Dazzle exhibition – Dazzle Invites.

Dazzle invites 30 contemporary jewellers, showing unique, one-off or limited edition designs, created specially for the exhibition. All pieces are available to purchase from 16 November 2021 – 9 January 2022.
