Delivery times, charges and packaging
Delivery
Our aim is to send you your order quickly and efficiently. Most pieces are available for despatch within 2 to 5 working days. However, please remember that some of the pieces will have to be individually made, just for you, and therefore delivery may take between 4 to 6 weeks.
Need super fast delivery for a special occasion? We can often arrange next day delivery on lots of items, and even those stated on a longer despatch time can be arranged for a faster delivery. Just email us at sales@lovedazzle.com

UK Delivery
All items despatched within the United Kingdom are sent fully insured through Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery. Items must be signed for on receipt.

Next and subsequent items £4.00 each
Maximum postage charge £14.00
International Delivery
We are able to deliver anywhere in the World using Royal Mail International Signed For and Airsure service. Items are fully insured up to £500 whilst in transit. Delivery times can vary depending on the country, so please allow 7 to 10 days in Europe and upto three weeks elsewherefor the extra time when ordering. Any tax and duty costs payable outside of the UK are the full responsibility of the customer.

Packaging
All jewellery will be sent in an attractive eco friendly inscribed lovedazzle box, along with a printed card signed by the artist who made it. Occasionally, orders may be required to be despatched in the designers own packaging due to the size or shape of the piece.
