Pebble series is inspired by Eve’s travels around the coastline of Scotland, where she spent days admiring tall grass, white sandy beaches and highland waterfalls. Bringing in organic motifs into her work, Eve is experimenting with the balance between weight and size in her pieces. She merges together the very familiar and comforting shape of a pebble and 3d printed nylon, creating an object that is weightless and immensely satisfying to hold.
This brooch is light and easy to wear, the surface of the pebbles is smooth and pleasant to touch and has a lovely tactile quality to it. It is a beautiful object that can exist independently as a part of your interior when not worn.
