The silver band is 4mm wide and has an oval profile, making it very comfortable to wear. I have set a 6x3mm marquise aquamarine in 18k gold. The silver has a soft matt finish, and the gold setting is highly polished.

Cleaning Instructions
The matt finish will become polished over time due to wear. You can re apply the finish by using scotchbrite, rubbing gently in a circular action. You can dip the ring in silver dip for a few seconds and then wash well in warm soapy water and dry on a soft cloth.
