This 30mm diameter, gold and silver brooch features 4mm faceted Amethyst gemstone. It is handmade in the ancient Korean technique of Keum boo, where the gold is fused into the silver. Symbols and numbers have been hand punched into the metal and lines have been scribed onto the surface to give the appearance of an antique instrument.
