Petri lines brooch by Miranda Sharpe

The oxidised silver frame of this brooch contrasts the pale colours of the enamel used on its centre. The layers of enamel in an opaque grey/ white are built and ground back for a smooth finish, details in pale pink and graphite are visible in the surface. 18ct gold wires are fused into the surface of the enamel using the cloisonne techique. The brooch features a double pin to provide balnce when it is worn.
