Petri nugget earrings, a sterling silver nugget stud with a brushed finish suspends an engraved and enamelled disc of silver. The enamel is a layer of transparent purple blue vitreous enamel so the engraved detail shimmers through. The surface of the enamel also has linear sections of 24ct gold foil fired into the surface. the enamelled disc drop has a burnished shiny edge with the back having a brushed finish to the silver surface.

Cleaning Instructions
Using warm soapy water with an old toothbrush should be sufficient to clean these earrings. Solutions such as silver dip can be used. It is recommended that the solution be applied sparingly with an old toothbrush or cotton bud to silver areas only, ensuring it is rinsed and dried thoroughly afterwards; if the solution comes into contact with the enamel it may affect its surface. A standard silver cloth may also be used but please be aware that it will increase the shine on satin areas of silver.
