Necklaces / Pendants by Emily Higham Gold plated sterling silver framed necklace with blue and gold enamel. The chain is approximately 21 inches with a lobster catch fastening with the option for a shorter length. The framed pendant measures approximately 1.7cm x 0.8cm.Inspired by the colours and patterns of honeycomb, the enamel on this necklace has been fired repeatedly in the kiln with layers of Vitreous and Industrial Enamel to achieve the organic patterns within the enamel. Lastly, gold lustre has been added which gives a lovely shimmering effect, especially when the light catches. Each pattern is completely unique due to the hand drawn qualities and the nature of the enamel when fired in the kiln, therefore making this necklace one of a kind.
