Dazzle 40 | Fran Allison

Fran Allison first exhibited at a Dazzle exhibition in 1984 and worked regularly at the shows with Tony and Christine until the early 90's.

Born in New Zealand, Fran was educated at Middlesex University and the Royal College of Art in London and returned to New Zealand in 1994. She currently works and lives in Auckland, New Zealand. She has had a long career of teaching tertiary education in the UK, Australia and New Zealand in the fields of Design, Jewellery and the Visual Arts and her own practice spans these three areas.

Fran has work in museum collections in New Zealand and Australia and private collections in the USA and UK.
